Refund Policy

30-Day Return & Exchange Program

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you decide your mobility scooter or power wheelchair isn't the right fit, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a full refund, the equipment must be returned in new condition, in its original packaging, and include all manuals, keys, chargers, accessories, and included components.

No Restocking Fees On New Condition Returns

Unlike many mobility equipment dealers, we do not charge restocking fees on products returned in new condition.

If the equipment is returned in the same condition it was received, your refund will not be reduced by a restocking fee.

Returning A Used Product

If a returned product shows signs of use, scratches, cosmetic damage, excessive wear, missing components, or damaged packaging, deductions may be made from the refund amount to cover the cost of replacing damaged parts or restoring the equipment to like-new condition.

Products returned in used condition are not resold as new. Instead, they are offered through our Open Box section at a discounted price.

Exchanges

If you determine that a different model would better suit your needs, we'll work with you to arrange an exchange.

When exchanging one model for another, we often cover the return shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Return Shipping

If a return is requested because the wrong model was ordered, the customer's needs changed, or they simply decided not to keep the equipment, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

However, thanks to our negotiated dealer rates with RL Carriers and other freight partners, we are often able to arrange return transportation at substantially lower rates than customers would typically pay on their own.

We Handle The Return Process

Returning a scooter or power wheelchair is easier than most people think.

Simply place the equipment back in its original packaging and have it ready for pickup. We'll coordinate the freight carrier, schedule the pickup, and handle the return process from there.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received, our technicians will inspect and test the equipment to verify its condition.

This process is typically completed within 1-2 business days of receiving the returned product.

Once the inspection is complete and the return is approved, your refund will be issued immediately through Shopify's secure payment network to the original method of payment.

Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

We understand that mobility equipment is a significant purchase, and we strive to make the refund process as fast, fair, and hassle-free as possible.
